SHIPPING

Our usual processing time is between 1-2 working days. All our orders are send from Spain mainland. 

 

All our shipping services are trackable and email with tracking number will be sent to you once dispatched as well as an email confirming your order.

 

We ship our items with GLS services for Spain and Baleares to secure competitive prices. Shipping for Spain and Baleares takes between 24-72 hours (Working days, not including weekends and public holidays). If your order was placed during a weekend it will be dispatched on the next working day, Monday unless it is a public holiday. 

 

To reduce the cost of your shipping we offer free shipping for EU orders €50 and over.

To reduce the cost of your shipping we offer free shipping for any International on orders €100 and over. In case  shipping to your country doesn't appear on our list do contact us at laberintocollection@gmail.com. Days of deliveries differ, depending on the Zone you live in. Your shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at the check out. Our shipping prices are calculated based on the total weight of you order.

 

International orders may be subject to custom charges  or other import duties charges. These vary by country so please always check first with your local customs office to avoid additional charges as we are not responsible for any custom or import fees.

GUARANTEES

All our items are handpicked and selected by us to guarantee its quality. All our clothes items are made in Europe. Should the item display any damage on arrival we will offer an exchange or refund all costs including shipping costs. We value our customers and their trust and their satisfaction is our highest priority. 

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

However, if a customer decides to return or refund an item for other reasons than damage on receipt they will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy. We offer to our customers 30 days to return or exchange item from the date of purchase. We ask our customers to email us first at laberintocollection@gmail.com and we will advice them of the process. All returned items must be returned in perfect condition via post. Items must not shown any signs of being worn and must come with the tag / label attached. Once tags or labels are removed, the item will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund. We will also not accept any items that are showing signs of being worn or washed, stained or damaged in any way. In case of returning or exchanging an item we will not refund a postage fee payed by customer.

PAYMENT & ORDER

Our prices are shown in Euros. We accept all major credit and debit cards and all payments are securely processed on our website through secure payment service. Card payments are processed immediately. Customer is placing an order by guaranteeing that he/she is authorised to make that payment in his/her name and is an authorised user of credit/debit card used to make the payment. We ask our customers not to send us their card details via email or any secure information should not be communicated with us unless using a secure system. 

 

By placing an order a customer is offering to make a purchase of an item/s for the price stated on our website.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

All orders that are received and completed through our website are subject to Laberinto Collection acceptance and confirmation and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at anytime. In the case where payment has already been processed we will return any money taken regarding this purchase. This includes any typographical errors or inaccuracies that may occur on our website. 

 

COLOURS & IMAGES

We work hard to provide as highest quality images as we can and therefore in most cases you will have several images of each product available on our website. However we cannot be held responsible for colour differences shown on your computer as settings for various devices may differ.

There is a possibility of any technical issues occurring time to time on our website. We work hard to reduce such occurrences but cannot be held responsible for any technical downs or technical consequences.
