RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

First of all, thank you for your purchase and being our customer. We want all our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase, so if you are not happy with your purchase, you can exchange your item/s or request a refund.

Here’s how:

Our customers have 30 days to return or exchange purchased item/s from the date of purchase. Just write to us at laberintocollection@gmail.com and let us know the reasons for returns or refunds. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions.  

 

Please note that all items must be returned to us via post in perfect condition, unworn and with the tag / label attached. Once tags or labels are removed, the item will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund. We will also not accept any items that are showing signs of being worn or washed, stained or damaged in any way. 

 

Please also include the order form in the return. Do get in touch with us before you decide to return your purchased item.

 

In the case of returning an item, we do advise that you post it back to us as a recorded or trackable delivery and that you keep your tracking code safe. Customers are responsible for shipping of returned items. If an item we sent to you is incorrect or faulty, we will return your shipping cost.

 

We reserve the right not to refund or exchange any items that are lost or not received.

 

/SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND THEREFORE CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED/

 

Any refund will only be processed once the item has been received and checked. We will notify you via the email address you provided once the item has been received and is being processed. A refund will be made to the original account provided via whichever payment method you used for your purchase, unless communicated otherwise. 

 

All refunds will be made for the full price of the item you purchased, without the postage / shipping fee. However, if you have received an incorrect or faulty item, we will refund the full price of your purchased item, including the postage / shipping fee.

 

We always provide measurements for each item in the description. If you are not sure about your size please do get in touch with us and we will check for you! Therefore we do not provide refunds for orders when the size of your ordered item does not fit. Please always check with us if you are not sure before you order.
