WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?All our orders are shipped from mainland Spain within 1-2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed and another email to let you know your order is on its way. Occasionally, there may be unavoidable delays to your shipment which are out of our control, for example, during busy holiday periods and Covid-19. See our Shipping section for more information on tracking your parcel. Our shipping price are calculated based on the total weight of your order. For more information see our Shipping Policy.

SHIPPING DURING COVID-19Yes, we are open for business! There are some delays in shipments, but we do our best to ship your purchased items ASAP. For more information check our Shipping section.

SIZESMost of our clothes come in one size. All size and measurement information are usually provided in the description of each garment. We do our best to provide European sizes and UK sizes for each item. For more information please see our Size guide. If you are not sure about sizing or the measurements provided in the description do get in touch. We are here for you!

MATERIALSAll materials used are listed in the description of each item. All clothes items are made in Europe for better quality of material. If you have any other questions do contact us anytime!

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?All our shipments are trackable. You will receive a tracking number once your order was dispatched.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS & REFUNDS?Yes, we do. Our goal is for all our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products, therefore if you are not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange it, minus the shipping charges. /SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND THEREFORE NOT RETURNABLE or REFUNDABLE/ Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused and with the label or tag attached to the item. Please attach the order form in the return. To make an exchange or return we ask you to email us at laberintocollection@gmail.com indicating the reasons for your return and we will inform you of the procedure to follow. We reserve the right not to refund or exchange any items that are lost or not received. Please see our Return and Exchange Policy for more information.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?Yes we do! International orders are shipped via Standard delivery. Delivery times do differ. See our Shipping section for further information. You may incur Customs charges or other import duties charges on the delivery of your parcel. These will vary in each country so please always check first to avoid additional charges as sadly, we are not responsible for these.
